Ordering & Payment
- We accept all payments by either in-site secure web checkout or PayPal with following credit/debit cards: Visa, Master, American Express and Discovery credit/debit cards. We do not accept any cashier's check or money order at this time. All credit card charges will appear as ezshopex.com.
- ezshopex.com applies sales tax on purchases shipped to New Jersey customers. For international customers, your package will be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. You, as the importer of the items, must pay additional charges for customs clearance. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping & Delivery
- Once we receive your order, it will be processed the same day and shipped by next business day. Depending on shipping address, your order will be delivered within 2 to 7 business days for all U.S territories. All international orders will take up to 5 to 14 business days depending on distance from U.S. We ship by UPS and USPS which means we can basically ship to any address including PO BOX, PSC BOX and international address as well.
- You can check your order status by logging in your account and check the order history for more details at anytime. Once we ship your order, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email which contains tracking information of UPS or USPS. In case of situation where we cannot process your order, we will notify you via email so please check your email often.
Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges are acceptable if you return your received merchandise within 14 business days after receipt of your product(s) in original condition. Please send us an email at Contact Us page if you wish to return or exchange. For all exchange items, you must send us an email prior to sending us merchandise and indicate us which item you wish to exchange with. All returned amount or leftover amount of exchange will be refunded to your bank account within 5 to 7 business days.
