Quick overview

Exclusive Our exclusive spiral slicer offers a new twist on healthy cooking. A simple turn of the handle delivers effortless vegetable spirals that would be at home in the pages of your favorite foodie magazine. Create delicious fresh zucchini noodles—“zoodles” to their fans—quick and easy curly fries, shredded carrots and cabbage for cole slaw, decorative garnishes and more. For best results, slice off the end of the vegetable being cut to provide a secure grip.

Spiral slicer comes with interchangeable blades to create three different textures: ribbons, thick spirals and thin spirals or shreds. Blades slide into place easily and store under the base of the unit when not in use. The toothed, rotating disc holds vegetables securely against the cutting surface and keeps fingers safely away from the blade. Suction feet keep the spiral cutter from slipping, and the helper handle provides extra leverage when necessary.

There are quite a few spiralizers out there and I've tried many of them while cooking with friends and coworkers. This is by far the easiest to use and has the quickest output. Try spiralizing zucchini and yellow squash, sauteing with some kale in a little olive oil, tossing in a spicy marinara sauce and serving alongside some grilled chicken. So good!!!

I have to admit, I was a bit skeptical to try this item as I am huge pasta lover! I used the small thin spiral disk and made zucchini noodles and served it with Ina Garten's Weeknight Bolognese. The spiralizer was super easy to use, you definitely need to apply a little pressure to the crank, but I had noodles within a few minutes.I kept the noodles raw, mixed in the super hot Bolognese and the noodles turned o Read More

Easy Spiralizer
I am slowly jumping on the healthy eating bandwagon. As a fellow noodle lover, I had to give this a try after noticing that spiralizers are getting more popular these days. I first bought a julienne peeler since I didn't like how the hand crank versions had a bit of "waste" that wouldn't be spiralized. Bad idea. Zoodling a zucchini with a peeler ended up being a slippery and uneven job and I ended up with more "waste" than with this spiralizer. Granted, I just ended up chopping up these last bits and tossing them with my noodles since there is nothing wrong with them. In comparison, this spiralizer is Read More

Vegetable and Fruit Slicer
I had originally purchased the Spirelli Spiral Slicer and after trying it, was very disappointed in the results so, I returned it. The Vegetable and Fruit Spiral Slicer is much more effective and I have been very pleased with it. I still haven't figured out how to deal effectively with a carrot though. I am still experimenting with various vegetables and will try fruits soon.

Great idea but poor implementation
I didn't realize when I bought the first one that there were NO instructions and that the blades could so easily break when I tried to clean off the heavy adhesive left by the tape that was over the blades. As I was using Goo-Gone on the tape adhesive, the blade cracked. I managed to cut a zucchini but it then shattered when I trie a carrot. The store graciously gave me a replacement but that spurred me to do more research. I found a great YouTube video tutorial for the Paderno spiralizer and I noticed the differences... And it was the same price on Amazon Prime as the Sur la Table one Read More

Spiral Slicer
Very simply.....I love this thing. It works like I thought it would, it makes wonderful vegetable spirals --- we eat them raw in salads, sauteed in other things. It is easy to use, easy to clean and I am completely happy with it.
