International Orders Return Policy

If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please write jknyamerica@gmail.com and we'll provide you with further instructions on whether and to where returns should be shipped, and the amount of the refund. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited in the same currency and exchange rate as your original tender. To ensure we credit you properly, please include your packing slip and complete the information, including your telephone number and e-mail address, so we may send mail to you with any questions. Please note that shipping fees are not refunded for preference returns.

Please allow three (3) weeks for the return transit time, plus an additional 4 business days upon receipt for the return to be completed and the refund to be issued to your account. If you provide an email address, Borderfree will send an email when your return has been received and processed.

Unfortunately, items purchased for international shipping may not be exchanged.

 

Returns & Exchanges within the United States

We're not satisfied until you are… even up to a year later. If you don't love your purchase, we'll be glad to take it back. Our return process for domestic orders is quick and easy!

Make sure item(s) are:

  • - UNWORN and in new condition (no visible wear or tear) with original tags
  • - in the original packaging with the receipt or packing slip


within 30 days of the purchase date for U.S. customers

2. Select item(s) to return and the reason for returning

3. Request shipping label (you'll receive it via email)

 

Then you can:

  • - Return items via UPS or USPS
  • - Shop for a new item (optional: this is for users selecting to exchange an item)
