PhoneSoap 2.0 is universal! Designed to fit even the largest smartphones and engineered to charge any phone. PhoneSoap ships with a standard USB port on the back of the device, right next to the unit’s power port. Using the charging cable provided with your own phone, you can charge your phone while inside PhoneSoap 2.0.
For example, if you have an iPhone, take the Lightning cable provided by Apple, plug it into the back of the device, then thread it through the pass-through port on the bottom of the device. You will pass the cable through the back and into the inside of the sanitizing space. Once inside you can leave your cable here and plug it into your phone any time you want to charge. Plugging your cable into your phone will allow it to charge at normal speeds. This works with any phone charging cable such as a Micro USB, Lightning cable or even Apple’s old 30-pin cable.

The sanitizing space was designed to fit even the largest phones. Measure your phone (with or without a case) to ensure it will fit inside. While PhoneSoap 2.0 was designed specifically for cell phones, whatever fits inside will be safely sanitized. If it fits, it sanitizes! Sanitizing takes about 4 minutes and a blue indicator turns on while your phone is being cleaned, and shuts off when the process is done.
PhoneSoap 2.0 has a standard 5V USB port accessible on the back of the device next to the unit’s power port. You will use the cable provided with your phone to charge. Plug this cord into the back of the device and pass it through the port on the bottom of the device into the sanitizing space. Once inside, plug it into your device to engage charging. The PhoneSoap 2.0 unit must be plugged into the wall for the sanitizing and charging to work. Any device that charges through USB can be safely charged and sanitized inside.
