If you are experiencing a problem with your purchase, please read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under The Owl 360, LLC Warranty.
The Owl 360, LLC warrants that the product supplied to customers is fit for use as a rearview bicycle camera. The Owl 360, LLC warrants all products and accessories against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original purchase shipping date. It will be within The Owl 360, LLC’s sole discretion for any product showing a defect in materials or workmanship during the warranty period to either repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product. To effectuate this Warranty, the customer must follow theWarranty Repair & Replacement Service Instructions below. All shipping, handing, replacement fees, restocking charges and other expenses related to Warranty Repair and Replacement will be paid for by the customer. This Warranty does not apply to parts damaged from use, misuse, accident, normal wear and tear, overload, or abuse, and does not apply to any product that has been altered or used with attachments other than those recommended by The Owl 360, LLC. This Warranty does not apply to damage caused by water, wind, hail, snow, fog, sun or any other weather related occurrences. The Owl 360, LLC will not be liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product, whether directly or indirectly. The Owl 360, LLC shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts, or for breach of any written or implied warranty of any product or related service equipment.
The Owl 360, LLC Warranty is only a Warranty for repair or replacement; this Warranty does not cover the sale, processing or other handling of this product. Further this Warranty does not cover any defect or loss caused by negligence or other fault of any person.
WARRANTY REPAIR & REPLACEMENT SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS:
The Owl 360, LLC will repair and replace your product or part free of charge if the defect is covered by the above Warranty, please follow these steps:
1.) BEFORE sending anything to The Owl 360, LLC contact our Customer Support Team at firstname.lastname@example.org, they may be able to solve the problem quickly via email;
2.) If our Customer Support Team determines the defect is under Warranty coverage, they will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and indicate the amount of money which will be necessary for replacement fees, restocking charges and other expenses related to Warranty Repair and Replacement which will be paid for by the customer;
3.) Package the product with the original product packaging, original paperwork and original receipt, along with a clearly written explanation of the defect; all original paperwork must be included, please retain copies for your records;
4.) Write your RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:
