n 1992, Archtek modified existing “Boil and Bite” athletic mouthguards to create the first 1.5mm dental trays which could be fitted chair side after 5 seconds in warm water. Today we offer 5 styles of clear EVA direct impression dental trays. New hybrid thermoplastic materials used in the Two Tray System have enhanced the EVA dental trays with a more technical generation of trays designed specifically for the dental industry.
Archtek offers a complete line of dental cases and was the first to significantly upgrade the standard ortho case by offering highly polished surfaces with a mirror inside the lids. All Archtek dental cases have a high end appearance of a cosmetic style case.
More recently, Archtek has continued to innovate with new, one of a kind, products including the Mouthbrush, Denture Maintenance Kit, Bleaching Kit, and the Bruxing Kit. Most of these new items were launched at the 2007 IDS Dental Show Germany. In October 2007, Archtek launched the Grind Guard for the relief of symptoms associated with night time teeth grinding and jaw clenching as well as the STAY TRAY temporary orthodontic retainer.
In March of 2010, Archtek launched TOOTHPASTE TABLETS. Each small 500mg tablet is placed in the mouth, chewed, then followed by normal brushing and rinsing.
This innovative unit dose, “on the go”, alternative offers the following advantages over paste in a tube:
Archtek’s simple to use TOOTHPASTE TABLETS represent the only viable alternative to paste and are available in a refreshing Cool Mint flavor.

Just wanted to let you know your grind guard is a bloody good product.
I have ordered several different types and this is the first one which is actually comfortable and doesn’t leave horrible taste in mouth. It’s also the only one which showed me how to mould (Without biting down) which produces a much nicer mould of upper teeth. The other guards ended up looking like something out of a horror movie.

Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! The Toothpaste Tablets are so awesome! I ran across them at my local Wal-Mart and was intrigued...sure enough, clean fresh taste, satisfying foam, and feels as clean as using regular toothpaste. Surely most people aren't quite as excited about a new (to them) dentifrice, but I've been searching for years (YEARS!) for a decent alternative for backpacking. You have my solemn word that no matter how carefully you pack your toothpaste tube in your backpack, at some point it will eject it's contents onto your last clean pair of underwear; it's just a matter of time. Tooth powder also sucks for a variety of reasons. Performance issues, containment issues, and mistaken identity issues( "No that is NOT the baking powder/creamer/salt how did it get in the mess kit?" ) Then there's the matter of group hygiene; everyone in the group typically shares one tube of toothpaste which is customarily left on a rock for everyone to use at their convenience. Let's just say it's difficult to achieve that level of sanitation at home. These tablets solve so many different problems; thank you again.
